Being O.T.H.E.R.S Focused

Here at CRG, we utilize the acronym O.T.H.E.R.S to describe our core values and tenets within the organization. The first one of which is providing Outrageous Service. Simply put, it’s the act of going above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to the whole recruitment process. So candidates and clients alike, were providing as much information to them as possible and we’re keeping everyone as transparent as possible along the way.

Our next core value here at CRG is Teamwork and this can be showcased through our ability to work cross departmentally between our sales, recruiting, and operations teams to work towards our common goal which, in our case, would be being the best part to our clients.

So the next core values in O.T.H.E.R.S is H, which is Honesty and what that means to CRG is basically just being honest throughout the entire process, both with our candidates and our clients to ensure transparency on both sides of the spectrum. We are making sure that the client understands our candidate in their entirety as well as the candidate understanding the client as far as their needs and what their looking for including any type of feedback that both may have for the other just to make sure there are no cracks within any of the negotiations or any job offers that may come about.

So as O.T.H.E.R.S focused at CRG, the next letter is E for Empathy. We feel like a lot of what makes us different at CRG is that we show a lot of empathy to not only our clients or our candidates but internally. From the clients perspective, we really want to build that relationship with our candidates to understand what we’re looking for and to not only just find them a position but to build that connection with them.

Resilience at CRG really means we have a high emotional intelligence. We are very focused on pushing through any crazy circumstances that may occur so just making sure that we are prepared for all of those circumstances and that we are checking in with our candidates, that we are checking in with each other, that we are looking at things positively and looking at things from a mindset of how can I learn, how can I grow, where can I go from here, and what do I do next.

The S in O.T.H.E.R.S stands for Servant Leadership, which really brings all of our values full circle. Servant leadership is supporting  the growth and well being of others so our clients, our candidates, our teammates, really empowering them to do their best work by sharing the power and control of conversations and allowing them to view part of the process to drive engagement. As a result of servant leadership, we have less turnover, we have a more collaborative environment, and and overall super strong work culture. We really feel that our O.T.H.E.R.S focused values really bring home our purposes and company to transform lives and businesses through servant leadership.
