As this is our official introductory post, we’d like to tell you a little something about us. We are a company that was born when four professional search and staffing firms recently joined forces. That’s why we like to think we’re the perfect combination of something new and something old; innovation and experience. In practice, that means we’ve accumulated enough positive, and not so positive, experiences from this business to know what works and what doesn’t, but we also have big plans for growing and developing our company in new and exciting ways.
We believe that you know a company when you know the values they stand by, so we want to share some thoughts on our values. We believe that putting people first is not only the right thing to do but the best thing to do. That’s the focus we build our commitment to relationships, communication, trust and teamwork around: treating people right. Our staff are professionals truly enjoy building a unique, communicative relationship with every client to best understand their needs. They want to do a great job, and we love them for it.
Last, but certainly not least, we understand the importance of fun. We take our business and our clients’ needs seriously, but we also know most people do the best work when they are enjoying themselves and when they feel like they have a vested interest in the outcome.
